Located in the Pacific Northwest region of Costa Rica in Playas del Coco, our condo is one of only 17 units in the development known as Vista Perfecta II.

Just 5 minutes from the beach and with amazing ocean views from the bedroom balcony or rooftop terrace, our condo sleeps 4 and also features:

2nd floor bedroom with pillow-top king size bed, adjacent bathroom, and two leather Costa Rican hardwood rocking chairs on the balcony 
1st floor living room futon sleeps 2, with separate bath
  • fully equipped kitchen local Costa Rican wood cabinets, granite countertops (microwave, fridge, stove, coffee maker, blender, and all necessities)
  • dining room table for 4
  • living room with television
  • safe for personal belongings and passports

Ocean views of Tortuga Island (Turtle Island) are available from the balcony on the second floor bedroom and the oceanview rooftop terrace on the third level.

PLEASE NOTE: For those who may not be physically able, Vista Perfecta II has two sets of stairs at the entrance leading up to the property itself; it was designed this way to maximize the ocean views.
