   2017/2018 Rates in U.S. DOLLARS:

Low Season (April to October)

• $60 per night, 3-night minimum stay
• $300 per week - Pay for 5, get 2 nights FREE!!
• $800 per month
• $625 long-term rental (3 months and longer) plus utilities

High Season (November to March)

• $75 per night, 3-night minimum stay
• $400 per week
• $1100 per month
• Long term rate not available December to February

How to Make Your Reservation:

Contact us by email with your preferred dates and we will respond as soon as possible to your request.

Deposits & Refunds:

Low Season:

• 50% Deposit: At time of Reservation.
• 50% Balance: 30 days before arrival date.
• Bookings Received less than 30 days prior to reservation date must be paid in full.

High Season:

• 50% Deposit : At time of Reservation.
• 50% Balance: 60 days before arrival date.
• Bookings Received less than 60 days prior to reservation date must be paid in full.

Easter, New Year's, Christmas:

• 50% Deposit: At time of Reservation.
• 50% Balance: 90 days before arrival date.
• Bookings received less than 90 days prior to reservation date must be paid in full at time of booking.
• Once your reservation has been paid in full for Easter, New Year's and/or Christmas, it becomes 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, sorry! We HIGHLY recommend the purchase of TRAVEL INSURANCE.

Cancellations:

Unfortunately, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, once your reservation has been paid in full for Easter, New Year's and/or Christmas, it becomes 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

Housekeeping:

Our condo will be cleaned to North American standards prior to your arrival.  While our rates do not include any additional housekeeping services, maid service can be arranged for USD $25 per visit.

Non-Smoking Policy:

The entire Vista Perfecta II condo complex is non-smoking, with NO exceptions.

Pet Policy:

NO pets are allowed.

Check In:

Between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m., depending upon room availability due to cleaning.
